My consultant, Debbie, was awesome and made the experience enjoyable when it came to picking out the type and colors for my shades. Dustin, my installer, was both friendly and efficient, and made sure I knew how to use and maintain the shades. I had waited quite some time after I moved in to replace the old, clunky wooden-slat blinds because I dreaded what I thought would be a cumbersome process. Everyone I dealt with communicated well and I felt informed every step of the way. So happy with my new shades, and how they have enhanced the look of my home.
